Mr. Kitzberger has experience in many facets of Real Estate Appraisal, including condemnation and commercial buildings. He has earned the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation from the Appraisal Section of the National Association of REALTORS.  Before starting Pointer Appraisal Services, he was an analyst and appraiser for a firm in Cleveland, Ohio.  He, his wife, and sons reside in Bath.  When he is not appraising real estate he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their Dogs.
